He was smartly dressed and polite, and enquired if we would like the aircon activated for our comfort. The vehicle was presented in a pristine condition and the journey was smooth. The driver assisted with loading and unloading of or 2 suitcases, and was very helpful in checking to confirm we had not misplaced a mobile phone in the vehicle shortly after he had departed our drop off point.
