"This was not the car you advised me would arrive. However as I wasn't travelling alone it wasn't an issue on this trip. The car was immaculate and the driver friendly and helpful. Explaining why we couldn't be dropped directly outside are destination, restrictions on roads usable in that area. He gave clear direction for us to the venue."
